Add Fields
Use the Add Fields box to indicate the number of fields you wish to insert / append to each line.
The behaviour of the Add Fields box is affected by the state of the
Append All control.
When the Append All control is selected:
- Insert Fields After boxes are not displayed.
- The maximum number that can be entered into the Add Fields box is 99.
When the Append All control is not selected:
- Insert Fields After boxes are displayed.
- The maximum number that can be entered into the Add Fields box is 10.
If you try to enter a number greater than 10, it is changed to 10.
