Use the Resize Images tool to:
- Resize all the images of a specific type (BMP, GIF, JPG or PNG) contained in a specified folder.
- Images can be resized using exact pixel dimensions or as a percentage of the original size.

Convert all the images of a specific type (e.g. BMP) to a different type (e.g. GIF, JPG or PNG).
- At the right-hand side of the Input Folder area, select the folder containing the images you wish to resize.
- Select the image type (BMP, GIF, JPG or PNG) from the drop-down box below the folder tree.
- If the folder contains images of this type, the following items are displayed:
- a list of the image files in the folder
- the number of image files in the folder
- a thumbnail picture of the first image
- the dimensions and filesize of the first image
- the Output Folder area
- If the folder does not contain images of this type, no display changes will occur.
- Select the folder where you wish to store the resized images.
- Select Resize.
- Indicate the Width and Height to be used for the resized images.
- Click the OK button to resize the images.
- At the right-hand side of the Input Folder area, select the folder containing the images you wish to convert.
- Select the image type (BMP, GIF, JPG or PNG) from the drop-down box below the folder tree.
- If the folder contains images of this type, the following items are displayed:
- a list of the image files in the folder
- the number of image files in the folder
- a thumbnail picture of the first image
- the dimensions and filesize of the first image
- the Output Folder area
- If the folder does not contain images of this type, no display changes will occur.
- Select the folder where you wish to store the converted images.
- Select Convert.
- Select the image type you wish to convert to.
- Click the OK button to convert the images.
Notes
- The output folder must be different from the folder that contains the original images.
- Use Truecolor (24bpp color depth) bitmap images for best results.
